Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a scheduled service by notifying us through our official communication channels (phone, email, or website) in advance. The following terms apply:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect eligibility for future bookings.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a service by contacting us through our official channels. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred time, subject to technician and route availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- If a prepaid service cannot be delivered due to our scheduling error or any service-side issue, a full refund will be provided.
- Refunds due to dissatisfaction with service results will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require a follow-up inspection.
- Partial refunds may apply if a service has already been partially completed or materials/products have been used.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment within 7–10 business days. Clients will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
